Thank you for your interest in e-GP. You can download user manual and know the detail process regarding participation in a tender. You will find the user manual after Login to your account in e-GP under Help tab. Or you can call us our Helpdesk Contact Number.

After login to e-GP system by your User ID and Password, please go to your desired Tender Dashboard by using Tender ID. On the Tender dashboard you will get Docs. tab. there you will get option "Click Here to pay online". After clicking there you will get option to select payment Gateway. By the right now only Brac Bank payment gateway works. By selecting Brac bank payment gateway you will be redirected to brac bank gateway and pay fees.

There is no Option to Get Advance Information About Up-Coming Tender. However, To Get Information About Published Tender, You Should to Check Always e-Mail Associated with Your e-GP Account.

For e-gp registration, I am done the STAGE 2 of Registration process and uploaded all document. But when i click for "Final Submission" button, e-gp notified that "User not created". In the mean time How I complete my Registratioin Process?

LTM টেন্ডারে ঠিকাদারদের তালিকা প্রথমে একবার সাবমিট করেছি কিন্তু দেখা গিয়েছে কিছু কিছু অঞ্চল আবার যোগ করতে হবে এই যোগ করব কিভাবে কোন পদ্ধতি আছে কি???

e-GP রেজিষ্ট্রেশনে একটু ভূল হয়েছে । Tenderer/ Consultant এর পরিবর্তে ভূলক্রমে Individual Consultant হয়ে গেছে। এখন কোনক্রমেই রেজিষ্ট্রেশন পরিপূর্ণ করতে পারতেছি না।
আমাদের পেমেন্ট Complete হয়ে গেছে। এখন আমাদের রেজিষ্ট্রেশন পরিপূর্ণ করার ব্যাপারে আপনার সহোযোগিতা কামনা করছি।

Tender/Proposal ID : 212154, Item Name: Paddy Straw. এই টেন্ডের টির Validity time ছিল 28/11/2018. এই টেন্ডার টির মূল্যায়ন সমাপ্ত হয়েছে। কিন্তু NOA ইস্যু করা হয়নি। NOA ইস্যু করতে গেলে টেন্ডার এর Validity Time বাড়াতে বলছে। কি ভাবে Validity Time বাড়াব?

Dear Concern,

Please login in as PE and go to Evaluation menu then Click on Tender Validity Extension as 'VIEW'
and approve new validity date through workflow.
